Convert glTF to STL
Drop your glTF files and download them as STL — free, in batch, and they never leave your device.
glTF → STL: what you should know
glTF is the open Khronos standard for 3D scenes, in its JSON-with-resources variant. It's used mostly in the web, AR/VR, game engines, asset pipelines, and it stores geometry, PBR materials, textures, scene and animations. STL, on the other hand, is the standard format of 3D printing: a triangle mesh with no explicit units, no color and no materials — the format expected by slicers (Cura, PrusaSlicer, Bambu Studio), FDM and resin 3D printing, CAD.
This tool converts your glTF files to STL right in the browser: no queue, no artificial size limit and, above all, your file is never uploaded to any server. Geometry is preserved with the exact coordinates and scale of the original — important if the model is going to be printed or measured.
Keep in mind: STL stores geometry only: materials, textures and colors are lost. If you need to keep that data, convert to a format that supports it (GLB keeps materials and textures; PLY keeps vertex colors).
