A typical name keychain (60–80 mm long, 4–5 mm thick) takes 15–30 minutes on a standard FDM printer at 0.2 mm layers. Great for gift batches or selling.
Yes: the ring is generated as part of the plate (not glued on), with 2–3 mm of wall around the hole. PLA holds up fine; PETG adds wear resistance.
