Does one clearance setting work for every printer?

The fit depends on your material and printer calibration. Print two neighboring pieces and adjust the clearance before printing the entire puzzle.

Are the pieces separate?

Yes. The puzzle is divided into individual pieces so you can arrange them in your slicer.
