Frequently asked questions

Does this replace a slicer?

No. It prepares geometry. Set final orientation, supports, infill, temperatures and G-code in your slicer.

Is a closed mesh ready to print?

Not necessarily. Checks cover edges and connectivity, not wall thickness, self-intersections or supports. Review sliced layers before printing.

Is my original changed?

No. Every run starts from a copy of your original model. Changing settings requires preparing a new result.

What does the 3MF include?

Meshes and their positions in millimeters. No textures, colors or printer profile. Build-volume comparison uses the current orientation.
