Repair → reduce → scale → export, the technically correct order: reduction works best on a welded, healthy mesh, and scaling last guarantees the mm size is the size of the actual result.
The result is identical — they're the same engines. The difference is one load, one download and a unified report; for the typical scan-to-print flow it halves the clicks.
The pipeline marks it in red, keeps everything the previous steps achieved and still exports that state — you never end up empty-handed. The typical case: a file so broken that repair can't process it.
